Our hydroponic gardens allow us to conserve precious water resources, increase yields, and produce higher-quality ingredients to create the best culinary experience possible. Harvests from our gardens influence our vegetable-focused dishes and seasonally inspired craft cocktails to ensure every bite and sip is remarkable.
At the center of Aurora Anguilla is Kitchen Table, anchored by our open kitchen and wood-burning oven. From dawn to sunset, Kitchen Table is an exquisite start or end to the day, also serving as leisurely moments in between. An exceptional breakfast is paired with fresh-baked pastries while artisanal flatbreads, sandwiches, and hearty salads from our garden comprise lunch. At dinner, family-style feasts are offered, evoking a familial Sunday evening at a friend’s home.

Breezes is inspired by carefree summers, serving easygoing seafood favorites on the reef coastline of Merrywing Bay. Inspired by East Coast classics, menu highlights include Caribbean interpretations on the quintessential clambake and other favorites such as lobster rolls and fish tacos—all paired with refreshing beer and cocktails. On weekends, live music perfectly complements the breezy atmosphere, creating an oasis of effortless leisure.
