PET POLICY

We are pleased to welcome you and your fury companions to Aurora Anguilla Resort & Golf Club.  We ask that you adhere to the following guidelines to ensure that you and all of our guests have a pleasant stay. 

  • Your pet must be pre-registered prior to arrival; only small pets under 20lbs are permitted.
  • Only one pet per room is permitted.
  • Your pet must be house-trained.
  • Your pet should always remain leashed while in public areas.
  • Your pet is not permitted in restaurants.
  • Your pet should not inconvenience other guests by barking.
  • All pet accidents are to be reported to Housekeeping immediately to ensure timely cleanup.
  • While our staff is servicing your room, your pet should be with you out of room, or securely caged in the room.
  • Your pet must never be left unattended in the guest room.
  • Your pet must be up to date with Immunizations.
  • Your folio will be charged a onetime nonrefundable $150 pet fee for the stay.

To Our Valued Guests,

If you have plans that do not allow you to take your pet with you, please call our Concierge to arrange pet sitting fee of $30.00 per hour for one pet, a minimum of 3 hours and walking services $25 for up to 40 minutes.  Please allow for these services to be arranged at least 48 hours prior to the time of your arrival date.  In addition, we require a cell phone or other number where you can be always reached, while your pet is left with others.

Should guests be inconvenienced by your pet’s behavior your account will be charged for any necessary reimbursement that was made.  In addition, your account will be charged if your room requires any special cleaning or repair services beyond the non-refundable $150 US fee.

A Pet Permit Certificate is required for the pets to enter the Island.  A copy of the Dog Health Card should be faxed or emailed to us to request the above.  The copy of the Certificate will be forwarded to you and that must be presented upon your arrival to the island.   Application period is 24 days prior the arrival date.  All cost will be applied to guest account.

Please note that Aurora Anguilla Resort & Golf Club does not supply pet food, so guests will be required to supply their own.
